I answer the phone once in a blue moon and only when I am expecting a call. Every time I do, it is about the warranty on my car. I wonder how many people fall for those Robo calls. It must be a lot since they have been doing it for years.
I've been getting the extended warranty call so so much. It kind of cracks me up because my car is a '93. I seriously doubt there is truly any warranty that lasts 30 years.
I get them too, it's like riding on a roller coaster. I'll suddenly get 2 or 3 in a two week span, then nothing for a few weeks. Since I never answer (unless I know who it is) I always miss the "hit 3 to be removed".
I keep getting phone calls from people wanting to ensure appliances like washing machines, dish washers and so on. They say the warranty is about to end and I should start a new one.
Love the entry. Great graphics. YEP every day we learn ourt warranty is about to expire. It really worries me. LOL Sherry and I are still laughing at the TRUTH of the Graphics. Frustrating to say the least, but at least it makes them a good butt of a joke. Love ya. Sherry & jack
Did I tell you our warranty is close to expiring... LOL
I don't know anyone who leases cars, except politicians and I don't know any of them personally. Most people I know drive their cars until they become clunkers, then drive their clunkers until they die, before looking at new cars. I have a few acquaintances who upgrade before the clunker stage.
Believe me it is not only Nissan owners getting these messages. It has been almost two years since I have even owned a car. I'm still getting these messages.
I have never gotten one of those calls! The Pony drives a Rogue (bought, not leased), but I guess they haven't tracked him back home. Now that I clicked on this post, I'll probably start getting the calls!
we have never leased a car, never had a warranty on any car because we buy used. we are bombarded daily 3 to 6 times a day with this warranty call and emails. now they are calling my cell phone, yesterday I deleted 7 voice messages from my cell in 2 days all about warranty. the other calls that come daily are they have frozen our computer accounts and we have to call to get it released.. our phones are driving us crazy.
I'm beginning to worry when I don't receive one of those calls. I count them as my friends in India looking out for me...plus it gives me something to hang up and I could count that as aerobic exercise..right?
One of my students answered his phone at dismissal and it was a car warranty call, lol. He's not even old enough for a license. ;) Wonder what was so funny in that political realm photo! That's a cool snap.

Better change your phone #?
DeleteI drive a Toyota and I am getting the calls too. There is a company also advertising the product on television. It is a cult like phenomenon.

ReplyDeleteYou are such a positive person.
DeleteMs. G threatens them and turns them in to the Attorney General's office, they tend to learn really fast not to call her.
ReplyDeleteDoes that work??
DeleteThus, I never answer a number I don't know...
ReplyDeleteSame here.
