Artists are amazing to me. The video is wild, and hard to imagine as it winds on. I have often wondered if successful artists had any specific training in art, or was it all simple in their DNA to naturally put things and colors together..... Love from out there. Sherry & jack
I am absolutely wild about Archimboldo. I saw an exhibit once of his paintings and large sculptures based on them. It was brilliant. And you are SO right about color. I couldn't agree more.
I've got to admit, there are aspects of art- like that salad guy above- I will never get. I just accept there are those that will. Not everyone gets some of the things I like either.
From a person who can't draw a straight line: these are remarkable. Each is so different from the others. It is entertaining to view artists' works.

DeleteYou have to seek out a documentary on this guy who tried to copy Vermeer's technique. It was fascinating. He managed to do it. It wasn't easy.
