To say we live in perilous times is an understatement. There have never been such horrific events happening in the age of technology. We made the supposition that we are in a state of invulnerability, thanks to this age of science and research world-round in our mutual lifetimes. The timeline of tragedies can be pinned on a map. This map will now a deep black hole burned into it. Depression and anxiety are like a seeping gas. When it starts to get to me, I seek that which can fill me with peace.
Those lilacs are gorgeous!!!!! I saw this little girl on the Today show this morning. She is so adorable. Thanks for the other videos. I just need happy right now.
That is a good poem and good advice. Though I have been working from home, I have been working so many hours that I have not really noticed the isolation part yet,
I try to do the same, Susan. With varied results! But it is so important that we do everything we can to keep our stress down. We all have a lot of very good reasons NOT to get sick! Stay well.
Yep, that will lift the soul of any grand or parent. I can remember back at how cute the boys were while watching this. THANKS, LOVE IT! We sat and watched the videos and had a ball thanks. Sherry & jack

ReplyDeleteI turn to nature for beauty and heart balm. Each and every day.
Lilacs are a special flower to me. Beneath my 2nd story bedroom window, an immense lilac bush bloomed. the scent was intoxicating.
