Mary had so much to
say, so very much. Being the youngest of
eight children, squeezing in a word was impossible. Shouting over the din was even worse. Add to that, Mary was a tiny girl with
towering giants as siblings.
Mary had a skill:
if she took a deeeeep breath and managed to plunge through the loud voices, she
could speak so rapidly that everyone stopped to listen to her. By doing this, Mary could relay a day’s worth
of talking as long as the air in her lungs allowed her.
Someday, Mary would
excel at pearl diving.
This is not a true

Hope you enjoyed this lady's talent and her message!
Wow....she is one amazing talker isn't she? And what a message.
ReplyDeleteYes, she could hold someone's attention for one minute, and yet present a huge message.
DeleteShe talks even faster than me- that's amazing. And an awesome message to boot! Thanks for sharing Susan.
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoyed this!
DeleteShe sure can talk the talk and rhyme too, so fun to view
ReplyDeleteAmazed how she make it flow and rhyme!
DeleteWow she could be a auctioneer
ReplyDeleteAuctioneering is almost an art-form in the Midwest, from where I hail.
DeleteDear Susan, she's quite a rhymer and breather and speaker. Some of her message doesn't resonate with the spiritual path I'm following, but I'm sure that many, many people are led to thought by her. Peace.
ReplyDeleteGlad you appreciated her talent.
DeleteYes, the story certainly had my attention. If I could talk like that ... I'd rule the world. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat blog, Susan.
Thanks, Silvia!
DeleteYour stories always have my attention and my admiration.
ReplyDeleteI would have to rehearse for two years to do that!
ReplyDeleteMy goodness. That is speed and eloquence rolled into one package.
ReplyDeleteThat lady is just amazing. A fast talker (which I don't like) but, unlike other fast talkers, tellin' us the real deal.
ReplyDeleteBlessings and Bear hugs!

She could be an auctioneer. Love to listen to them.
ReplyDeleteShe's got just about any rapper beat and with a far better message--and one that's actually meaningful.
