Can't you feel it coming?

Be ready, my friend.  Be very very ready.

Can’t you feel it coming?

Coming down the road

Tonight…

Can’t you hear it drumming?

Drumming in your head

Tonight…

The A to Z is coming

Coming, Stalking us all

Through our finger tips

Tonight…

Okay, just think Phil Collins.
This is the last regular post for me as the A to Z posts are lined up like little soldiers heading out into blog land.  No overall theme, just observations and recollections, family stories tinted by time.

Now, if I could only figure out how to read as many blogs as possible….

  1. Yeah this year it feels so scary. I entered two blogs into the Challenge and I have no idea if I'll be able to keep up.

    1. It is daunting, I agree. I have the luxury of time, since I am retired. You work, which has its demands. Whatever you do or come up with, I will enjoy.

  2. I can indeed feel it coming...for some reason this year it sounds like a train wreck. lol. I'm looking forward to reading your family stories. I think comments is working again...fingers crossed.

  7. I've changed themes at least three times ,and have even been thinking that ,instead of taking the challenge to blog 26 days in April, take 26 days off of blogging and just blog 4 days in April. I haven't one thing, but if I do it, I will write on People Who Have Influenced My Life.

    1. I would think that would be a great theme! Once the list gets started, you'll think of another person.

  8. I, like you, am themeless. I, unlike you, have 0 little soldiers ready and waiting.
    Look forward to your posts

  9. I have no real theme either, just 26 random things about myself - funny mostly. :) I look forward to reading yours!

  11. Hi Susan,
And at two thirty on a Saturday morning in England, I felt compelled to leave a comment.
I note that your theme is no theme. That, to me, is a very good idea. Personally, I'm not involved in the challenge that brings further awareness of the alphabet. However, I wish you and all those who are doing it, much fun and happy writing.
Love that Phil Collins song but really thought his best stuff was with Genesis. Notably the, "And then there were three", album.
With respect and kind wishes, Gary :)

  12. That's why I can't link up. My eyes won't handle that strain and I wouldn't feel right doing that.. sigh... Oh well.. As for my cat she is forgiven as long as she doesn't deposit a worm in my mouth while i sleep. In fact I should say as long as she doesn't deposit a worm anywhere near me while I sleep or in my slippers. haha

  15. Dear Susan, . . . I admire you for committing to a whole month's worth of posts. Wow! I'm having to take April off so I'll miss your posts. If you have time in the next couple of days, go to my Saturday, March 31, posting, and you'll see what's happening. Peace.
