One who observes and thinks about what has been seen, what has passed by my way, what greater meaning lies behind and beneath life's small events.
I was in CA a couple of weeks ago and the weather was just perfect. I wore a sweater most days. Things change quickly.
Being so close to the ocean and between the mountains, weather in CA changes rapidly. Glad you enjoyed your time here
Lovely life giving water.....I pray for rain for those areas being destroyed by fire.
If only the rain could move in and help the fire fighters...
Phew, Starting Over must have been in San Francisco, because here in the desert mountains it continues to sizzle. Clouds are mounting today though, so we may get some thunder storms. Thanks for the water scene, it is beautiful. I have some answers for you today on my blog, regarding the Mountain Spirit Center, and Fran even located a youtube video that I posted a link to.
You are right, Inger. I was in San Francisco and Santa Cruz. It was lovely.
My daughter rec'd some rain the other night. The air was humid and hot--just like IL.
Oooh. Serene, beautiful and healing. I do hope the sizzle and the burning stops quickly.
So do I. The wildfires we experienced a few years back destroyed so many Nat'l Parks, houses, and woodlands.
I'd sure like to go there
It is quite a thing of beauty.
The fires have made it onto our news programs, I hope they get put out very soon, yesterday would be good.
Yosemite is being threatened now, as well.
awwww how tempting is this!!!
I know! Looking at the photo is almost as good as being there--almost...
It looks inviting and nice to me. :)
Wouldn't be wonderful to jump into this water? Play under the waterfall. I am ready to pack a bag.
Go ahead...it won' t hurt...I'd love to hear what you think!
