Let the Good Time Roll...Moving, Moving, Moving

Wish these rolling times would take a rest.

B.B. King does it well.

Clint Eastwood began it all here.

What can these two classics (Okay, Rawhide is a classic from the 60s B/W TV days) possibly have in common?

Complex migraine syndrome, Concussive syndrome and now Bell's Palsy syndrome.  Let the good times roll.  The crack of the whip and the burn of a brand  join a wandering brain.

  1. Does this mean these two songs hurt your head?
I remember the rawhide show as being one of my Dad's favourites, I'll have to see if I can track down a few episodes.

  2. Oh, Susan, I am so sorry to hear this. You have spoken before about your migraines and now this. I went on medication years ago for the migraines and it helped, but I can no longer take it because of other medical conditions. However, they are not as frequent or as painful as before. I hope that you can find a doctor that can help you through this so that the good times will roll again for you

  4. I had to look up Bell's palsy syndrome. None of those on your list sounds good at all. Oh, for a simpler easier life, but I guess nothing stays consistently simple or easy. Nevertheless, we have what what are dealt and might as well try to bluff our way through the game in hopes of winning in the end.

    1. I'm in a good place to live. Daughter & family are near by, good medical support system.
When I wrote this last night I was so very discouraged. I read Jeremiah 29:11, feel reassured.

  8. You are what you think, eat and breathe Susan. Small comfort, so I think of Captain Kirk, Scotty and Uhura. Thinking strong is healthy, keep the hailing frequencies open and never let the warp engines burn out!

    1. Replace the dilithium crystals on a regular basis, or at least give them a good clean-up.
