One who observes and thinks about what has been seen, what has passed by my way, what greater meaning lies behind and beneath life's small events.
So many bloggers have cats and share them with us! Here is my Christmas gift to you:
Fun visit I must say. I smiled big at the black tree. I could imagine the eyes as the lights, some blinking very slow.Smiles are good amid this Virus mess.Sherry & jack Going on vacation in the morrow. LOLNeighbor says, 'YOUARE ON VACATION ALL YEAR 'ROUND', that is true.
Are you still in Florida? Keep well.
Glad none of that has taken place here! Funny though.
My son had a cat then, and it loved those satin ornaments. We saw many shredded satin strings rolling down the hall.
All so funny!
The red ornament is my favorite.
I have many blog friends who love their cats. I'm more of a dog person, and have had dogs throughout the years. It's Christmastime! Enjoy the season, Susan. : )~Sheri
May you enjoy it as well. We are dog people at this stage of our lives.
Ha cats and trees do not always mix well lol.
there is a natural animosity between them.
No tree here. It would never survive. We just enjoy everyone else's trees.
I understand. When our children were young, the tree was in a fenced off place. Toddlers couldn't make headway.
Same here, the tree was inside the playpen while the toddlers roamed free.
These are great, thank you. I love the black cat tree. That would spook anyone coming home late and a little tipsy.
that one is so sharp. Those cats...don't try to sneak in.
Ha! Ha! We put up our tree today. Because we have always had cats our ornaments are mostly unbreakable.
You should be fine.
Smiling. I featured the black cat tree on my blog a few years ago - and would love to feature it in our home. Jazz would not agree.
And we know that Jazz IS in charge.
Heh, heh! I'm glad my one remaining cat is an outside-dweller!
We had outdoor cats on the farm. Whittled down the rodent population.
Hahahahaha, love the last two in particular!
Clever things, aren't they?...
I've never had a cat attack my tree, BUT one of my cats (DOG) I had when I moved to Wichita, broke open a gift under the tree I had wrapped for him that was catnip. He never got into any other gifts, just his. I laughed and learned my lesson. These are all SO cute.
Oh, Dog. So all was well after that?
Cats are the best entertainment going when they get on a run or drag race.
My son's cat raced through the house now and then. It was when he dragged his rear end that we got upset.
Back when I was designing the beaded ornaments, you know, the ones I knit, I gave several testers to family. The ones I gave to my brother? Their cats ate them.
Noo. How awful.
I have a friend who has two fluffy cats who love to tour her Christmas tree every year. One of the joys of Christmas is getting the video of their climb. I once had a small black kitten that we thought we lost. Never did we think to look on the tree, but there she was, all curled up and sleeping.
Aww. Sweet little girl!
Love it! Thanks, Susan!
Really wonderful photos. Thanx Susan.God bless.
The trees become toys for the cats. I've never seen a cat ignore a tree ever and we had lots of cats through the years. :)Great post, I enjoyed it!
Very cool memes. I love cats. They can make life interesting!
So funny :)All the best Jan
We just lost our Beloved Fur Baby Miss Priss right before Thanksgiving. Most of the Cats we've had really never bothered the Tree, but one did have a penchant for mischief and did knock the Tree over so while she was Alive we kept it wired to the Ceiling.
Go ahead...it won' t hurt...I'd love to hear what you think!
