One Day More

So, then. We are watching YouTube and finding entertainment, some chuckling. It's a switch from vacuuming and laundry.

Here is one you might enjoy.

YouTube: One Day More
from Les Miserable

We will have beef stew for dinner. It is a break from our usual fare. Did you know that Fridays are "Fried Bologna Fridays". Give it a shot.

Live well, eat well, walk around the block. Read good books, change out of pajamas.

God loves us. He is the One in Charge. Don't forget that. Happy Easter.

  1. We love fried bologna at our house but today's Easter dinner is a rotisserie type chicken In the crock pot. He does love us and watches over us always.

    2. Not in our house, but I knew a family that had fried Fritz (similar to bologna) every Saturday along with fried tomatoes and fried eggs.

  5. And most of all, keep laughing, it's a good medicine (we have King Solomon's word for it in Proverbs).

A blessed and beautiful Easter to all!

  9. I hope you had a lovely Easter. Sorry I didn't get here sooner. I was talking online to my tax people for over an hour. I would have preferred staying in my pajamas and eating Easter fare. I'll skip the fried bologna, though.

  10. No special Easter meal here. I had tuna salad. Hick had Saturday's leftover lemon pepper chicken, and roasted vegetables from the freezer. I'll have to remember fried bologna for Friday's supper! We have two packs of bologna that Hick stocked up on during our last shopping trip on March 31.

    1. You must at least try it! with lettuce, tomato, onion, etc. on a hamburger bun, mayo or whatever, it should be tasty.

    1. I truly hated the smell when growing up. Always felt the odor made my hair still.

But now? It is a memory from the farm, and I kinda like it.
