First Date

It begins so early, when a boy and girl meet.  Their eyes connect, hormones rise to the top, and tuh-duh!  It all goes from there.

Grandson Benjamin and unknown floozy

But, must it start so early?  When both are still in diapers/nappies?  When running without falling is an accomplishment?  When words are understood by the parents, and few other people?

I guess it does.

    1. I think that is still all there is, that and chasing while screaming around the house.

  7. Your grandson is adorable! There will probably be a lot of "unknown floozies" after him! He's lucky to have you for his bodyguard.

  10. At that age they don't think of each other as boy/girl...just another kid, that's all. They are too young for labels.

  11. I don't think a lifelong commitment would begin that early, it's possible I suppose for two souls to connect that way. I do know that from kindergarten on, my older son always liked the red headed girl. We moved a lot and in different schools, different classes, he always was attracted to the red headed girl. He's married now, to a red headed girl.
