Joy of Words

Beginnings are quiet,
Bursting into flaming passion,
Brilliant blinding joy.
What was sweet, so sweet,
Slowly drifts to bitter
Regret
And
Reluctant endings.

Cheesecakes
Have
Short lives.
Go to this site if you love cheesecake!
Many thanks to Delores @ thefeatherednest
for this "Joy of Words" Prompt!

  8. Zoanna: Glad this could bring on such joy!

Pat: Cheesecake never lives long enough to mold!

Arlene: If eaten only occasionally, cheesecake won't be a big factor.

Delores: I know! Just looking at the pictures made me hunt for the Cheesecake Factory site.

E/C: Delores is clever as always!

Ghadeer: Yes, though they be seldom and always brief, I recall great cheesecake moments.

G/Eagle: Cheesecake is always like that.
